1. GENERAL
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by The Nomad.Works Electrics (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. SERVICES
We provide electrical installation, repair, and diagnostic services for campervans, motorhomes, and camper-based vehicles.All work is carried out with care, safety, and professionalism to industry standards.
3. PRICING
Our standard rate is:
€45 per hour (excl.BTW) + materials
- All work is charged based on time spent and materials used
- Customers will be informed before any additional work or costs are carried out
- Estimates may be provided for larger projects but are not fixed unless agreed in writing
4. MOBILE CALL-OUTS
Mobile services are subject to a minimum call-out fee depending on location and job type.
5. PAYMENTS
- Payment is due within 48 hours of receiving the invoice, unless otherwise agreed.
- We may request deposits for larger installations or custom projects
- Late payments may result in delays or additional charges
6. CANCELLATIONS
- Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.
- We reserve the right to charge for missed appointments or late cancellations
7. LIABILITY
- All work is carried out professionally and with care
- We are not responsible for pre-existing faults or issues not related to our work
- Customers are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is safe and accessible for work
8. WARRANTY
- We offer a workmanship guarantee on installations and repairs
- Warranty does not cover misuse, damage, or third-party modifications
9. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
Customers must:
- Provide accurate information about their electrical system
- Ensure the vehicle is accessible and safe to work on
- Inform us of any known issues or hazards
